History

The World of Diaga:

Creation Lore: The Goddess of Rebirth Laora took the form of a great dragon that resembled both an Air Dragon/ Thunder dragon she was purple and black and gave birth to all the dragons. During that time Dragons and Sentimental creatures were not yet bonded.

However as time went on Dragons and other Sentimental creatures began to compete for the same resources, and conflict arose. The Godess of Rebirth Laora wanted to end the fighting so she created the Crystal Hearts along side of Pivot the God/ Keeper/ King of the Spirit world to create unity.

This allowed Dragons hearts and Sentimental creatures hearts to unite together so that they may understand one another. She also made it so that any creature that had a sentimental mind could become a Dragon Rider.

She gave birth to the first Thunder Dragon Lamora and the two twins Sevana and Sovon who were the first water dragons. Dravgar and Lamara were the second born dragons and both were fire dragons Levana was the first Air Dragon and Dramagar and Lemoragar were the first two earth dragons. As time went on  several other sentimental Godess gave birth to other dragons for competition.

Time Line:

They developed between the year 300 the time of Laora. 

Scientists now believe that all dragons evolved to fit their element and where they all have a common ancestor that they evolved from. The birth of all dragons as far back as they could came from Killaha leaving scientists to believe that the fire Dragon ancestors were originally the first Dragons that evolved. 

It is believed that Dragons to start off with were no more intelligent then animals and the varies of great dragon like creatures that they prey upon. But their intelligence grew as the cunning of the species they hunt grew to the point where deep communication grew, which turned into language.

These were the first breed of dragons to be identified as a breed and keep notice that each dragon has an alliance with a sentimental creatures that live in the facility of their environment.  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Earth Dragons grew to match their environment green with green stripes to match the trees, grass to blend in to hunt the massive prey that lives in their environment.  They have bonded with the Dwarfs working in the mountains and the forests.

• They made a pack with the first Dwarf before he was king together they over through the Water Dragon King Melkar and chased him back where he came from
• Together they formed Illgaria
• the first bonded Dwarf name was Dramikar
• The first Dragons name bonded with a Dwarf is Emargar
• This is during the year 312

Water Dragons grew more colorful to attract the right mate, and grew more so for swimming but eventually became able to travel vast difference with retractable wings. Their not the best fliers but had grown to dive bomb on large whales.

Historic Event: 

• Water Dragons are known for helping sink the Dwarf Kings ships
• Female Mermaids were said to lay naked on the rocks to lure in men
• They'd sing them songs
• And once they got close the Dragons would sink their ships
• The men would be killed
• Mermaids deny this but it is said that they ate the flesh of the Dwarfs that died
• A lot of the gold they have is stolen from the Dwarf King
• This is in the year 313-736 before an alliance was formed for safe passage 
• The Water Dragon King Melkar use to rule of Illgaria however he was slaine by Dramikar and Emargar. Durring the year 312
• his son Vasmagar took over as King after his Fathers death he vowed to destroy Illgaria

Fire Dragons are the original dragons and grew to match desert life, their size matches the prey that wanders through their territory while being the smallest of dragon breed. Their life lines are also shorter but they also live and grow well along side of people. It is said that the Fire Dragons were the first to join up with human tribes for many generations.

They are the most passionate, and have the strongest fire attack out of any race arguable other then Lava Dragons. They value strength and aggression as one of the key traits to choosing a mate. The strongest/ most aggressive ones stay alive longer.  They hunt the Galvanta and help their human companions in their hunts and herding raising of these species. 

Fire Dragons= Humans/ Vampires/ Witches/ Elderons/ other races rarley  Large State: Killiha/ sometimes refereed to a country by those that believe they should separate  Earliest Date: 300

Historic Event:

• Fire Dragons were origional aligned with Water Dragons
• At first Fire Dragons and Earth Dragons revolted
• But their was an agreement for peace to avoid destruction
• They created a truth it 315 
• They did not trust Illgaria for a while it took  a lot of effort
• Earth Dragons and Fire Dragons had to share some of the same territory and they agreed that drinking from the rivers is peaceful
• They became the first large country to join Illgaria as a large state that has governing powers of its own
• They joined the alliance in 355 and has remained so until this day
• They actually have a good relationship with the Water Dragons

Ice Dragons:

Red Throated Ice Dragons: These are the battle ready Ice Dragons and are often used to fight enemies they are about the size of fire dragons and are quite common in Iceland. Red Throated Ice Dragons prefer not to fight one another if they do not have to. They have a strong bond with the enviorment they live in and can detect a change in temperature so slight they can predict storms. 

Ice Dragons are not hybrids of Water and Air Dragons but their own specific breed. Ice Dragons are one of the few species that grow fur, Ice Dragons are known to have flat black faces, legs, and tails with barbs on the end to go fishing. They can be completely covered in fur for their winter coat, these versions of Ice Dragons are smaller then their armored cousins. 

Ice Dragons are usually used for farm work, show work, Magicans, and a various of other skills they can pull carts and give rides for tourists. Ice Dragons are one of the few species that can live inside of a building. 

Gale Dragons: Gale Dragons are Armored blue crystal dragons that are hybrid between wind and water dragons they are almost non existent and are very rare. Some even refused to acknowledge them as a species. They only show up when male Ice Dragons go on expeditions to find a mate if they don't get out during the breeding seasons.

Gale Dragons are known to be twice the size of their Fathers and Mothers so it is very difficult for an Ice Dragon to give birth to one and the match up of a Water Dragon Mother and Ice Dragon Father seem to do better. A Gale dragon born from an Ice Dragon may also kill the Mother it is not known if a Gale Dragon can reproduce or not.

NORTH:  Is known for its vast history Irilandria has one of the most biggest influences having the ruling king in power, Irilandria was the original blood line that founded Vanderlin. This city is very famous for its military force and powers. They have imported several white marble from Tenebrous, here politics rule but the king has the final say he decides what is what. Religion influence is very strong in Irilandria and thus is a major influence in this part of the country. They have recently allowed other religions into the city however they hope to influence them into joining the  " proper religion. " The city is the crown jewel of Irilandria thought their is no poor individual in the city their are modest living but most people live an amazing or good life in this city. The city is thriving and growing stronger they have recently put a lot of money in security. The cities family has always been under the]

Historic Event: Iceland or Vanderlin was a Neutral country to start off with perfering not to get involved between the fights of Illgaria and Tenebrous. They perfered to live their life working the sea, land, and dealing with trade. But Illgaria needed to use their territories to get at Tenebrous and this caused several squabbles between nations.

A lot of damage was done by the war and both Illgaria and Tenebrous had to end up paying for the damage that was done. They had refused both nation trade access in 312 until they had made up for the damage that they had done.

It is because of Vanderlin that many of the relationship problems in Illgaria was dealt with since Tenebrous refused to fight any Ice landers they met and so did Vanderlin. It was only because of a hasty treaty written by the King at the time that any peace could be met to begin with. A lot of children from Tenebrous, Killgara, and even across the sea live in Vanderlin.

Vanderlin is one of the most FAMOUS BECAUSE - EDIT LATER  Sky Dragons are closely related to Fire Dragons and have developed their mind over anything else and deal with rune Magic. They are all dark blue with white spots and have aged around humans and those with higher developed technology. They are adapting for fishing and any type of environment and can breath fire, to toxic gass.

Sky Dragons= Humanoids/ Elderons/ Elfs/ Dwarfs the last two are rare sense Stareldore had a rocky relationship with them but not until the last 1000 years since the alliance was made. So Sky Dragons are starting to appear up in Elf/ Dwarf/ Elderon society.

• Sky Dragons refused to join the alliance in 355 but they did agree to trade treaties
• However when the Water Dragons attacked so did Sky Dragons as they were closely bonded with them at the time
• Sky Dragons grew more restless and had such an advanced technology they were able to make it so that their territories could float in the sky
• Sky Dragons kept to their boarders and decided to keep the gates shut for a long time after the War of 365- 389 its called the Blood Fued of Steins Gate
• The city Stein gate was filled with demons as heavy losses on both sides attracted them to the area and the city has laid empty ever since
• It is know called the Dead City/ City of Death/ Bones or the Empty City
• Their has been several attempts to retrieve the city by many nations but all attempts have failed
• The most noticeable attempt was by a Famous explore named Sir Nathan who tried from 412-445 until his death to find the city
• Sky Dragons left the Water Dragon alliance in 812 to most peoples surprise and became a neutral country in 815
• They retreated into their own country until the last 1000 years in the year 1856
• Since then they have made an Alliacne with Iceland/ Killiha and recently Illgaria
• They have opened their doors to Stareldore but their main city is forbidden for Illgarians to enter
• They know have a shakey relationship with Illgaria but a great one with Iceland/ Killiha/ 
• They are considered traitors by Water Dragons who refused to acknowledge them in modern times. 

Wind Dragons are some of the most elegant dragons and work the best in large open spaces they have to eat at least once a month and they consume large meat. They shed their skin to grow longer, and usually don't have to eat as often. They have developed for harsher conditions and has grown so large to fight off other predators.

• A Wind Dragon named Galvargin attacked the city of Illgaria and killed 1000 soldiers before he died and destroyed a very large fort because they took over his nesting ground and he flew into a rage. 
• As it turned out his mate was in distress because they couldn't go any where else to lay eggs, they had also tainted the valley with sewage and had burned his birth place to the ground accidently killing his children.

• Air Dragon yearlings tend to stay in the spots their Mothers and Father leave to breed and come back guarding the area from other predators that would take up the area
• Wind Dragons are highly aligned with Water Dragons which as resulted in hybrids being born

The people can hold a reelection if they deem him unfit (or her) The church influence is high in this area Nimina is well liked by almost everyone and it is a hot spot for tourists they make a lot of money even during the coldest seasons. The middle class here is a lot bigger a lot of advanced technology is greeted opening. Dragons tend to live durring the winter months since there are natural hotsprings that take up this area. Roaming dragons tend to show up here durring all months and it is a hot spot for rests, poets, scholars and all those alike. Nimina may be neutral but it has it's own fighting force, by being neutral they won't start a fight for land]

• Is one of the main cities where Air Dragons Thrive.

Stone Dragons are usually black but they can have very dark blue skin as well but 90 percent of them are black. 

Stone Dragons always have their crystal heart on their chest. They are one of the most masters at creating and molding stones. Stone Dragons also have the ability to use Rune Magic and are assumed one of the reasons why Thunder Dragons grew so close to extinction. Since they took over the mountains of Tenebrous when they invaded at the year 1253 .

• Stone Dragons originally were the servants of Thunder Dragons  being under their control and guidance. However Stone Dragons revolted and over threw the Thunder Dragon Thorangra and took over as King of the mountain.
• The Male Dragon to over throw Thorangra was Drimargra the leader of stone Dragons at the time
• The first King Drimargra took the leader ship role over both Thunder dragons and stone dragons however he banished many thunder dragons to the lower caves, and many of them had fled to different territories. 
• However many Thunder Dragons refused to acknowledge him as King and refused to take part in the calling, or listen to him
• This caused many problems and bloody feuds
• Drimargra killed a Thunder Dragon male know as Bloodtip who had gotten the title for using the tip of his tail to slice his enemies stomach open
• Drimargar killed bloodtip and this ended chasing many female thunder dragons out of the territory since they carried Blood Tips children
  Many of the Thunder Dragon eggs over 1000 + were left behind in the halls of Tenebrous but remain unhatched, no one knows why

• Stone Dragons are some of the master crafts and are a neutral country however they will go to war if angered
• Stone Dragons often due work in all countries and have one of the biggest influnces among all the races 
• This lasted between 600- 1000
• Their territories have remained closed off they have a great relationship with Skylanders and have done tones of trading between them
• Some say that Skyland should have joined with them, they have agreed to an unsteady alliance between them and Iceland/ Illgaria but it is fragile 
• They have agreed to the Trade Alliance and Hunting Alliance

Thunder Dragons they are said to have gone  close to existent mostly because their eggs wont hatch but they are said to resemble Wind Dragons with longer serpent like bodies but they are smaller and have had the second longest life span. When a thunder dragon egg hatches their age difference is often too big of a gap in order to breed or reproduce eggs. 

Thunder Dragons= Humans/ Elderons/ those with strong minds, its difficult for Thunder Dragon eggs to hatch. 

Earliest Date: 300 some people argue they were originally the first dragon but scientist has not find any proof to believe so. 

Historic Event:

• Thunder Dragons originally ruled over Stone Dragons using their size and mind control to manipulate Stone Dragons into carving out caves, creating the environment necessary to give birth and raise their young. 
• The Tyrant that ruled over them was named Thorangra he was both vicious and cruel even to other Thunder Dragons not just to stone Dragons
• However Thunder Dragons treatment from Stone Dragons is what caused them to abandoned over 1000 eggs
• it is believed that thunder dragons wanted to return to get their eggs back but they did not thrive once they had left their mountain home
• However many Thunder Dragons refused to acknowledge him as King and refused to take part in the calling, or listen to him

• Thunder Dragons were originally aligned with pretty much everyone but their health began to decline after they were taken out of their native habitat, it is known that Thunder Dragons could have died because of lack of the proper protein/ environment
• Thunder Dragons were known to eat a special amount of meat, that lived among the mountains but Stone Dragons took claim of the mountain and pushed them out of their homes.
• It is also noted that their was no specific species that the Thunder Dragons supported since Thunder Dragon Riders were rare
• They believed it is their arrogance that lead to the down fall of Thunder Dragons 
• This took place between the 800-959
• Their speicies has dwindled to under just 10 and most are too old to breed, some too young to produce offspring
• Their has been many attempt to breed Thunder Dragons
• Half breeds are far more 'common' then pure blooded Thunder Dragons
• The most famous of Thunder Dragons is a Dragon known as Thordra who protected the Kingdom of Tenebrous in exchange for food, she was the healthest having been born and raised in Tenebrous. She had alligned herself to the current King at the time and was one of his broad mates. She produced several half Stone/ half Thunder Dragons
• like air Dragons Thunder dragons are very territorial
• She was slain defeating a thousand demons and died saving the Kingdom
• The Demon attack was one of the largest and lasted for 9 days
• During that time the Kings Men was dealing with invadors from the 
• North West from across the sea
• Their are statues that honor Thordra all over Tenebrous 

These types of Dragon developed to match smaller prey size, their sizes may be smaller and they may also take note to survive on less amount of meat. However they are still powerful enemies/ rivals. 

Butterfly Dragon is one of the sub tropical dragons but don't fall for their name their one of the most venomous and vicious types of dragons. It is said that a Butterfly's dragons venom is more toxic then a Basilisk it is said to kill you within 20 minuets.

They are an extremely proud dragon.

Butterfly Dragon= Elf/ Trolls/ Other species

Historic Event:

• Their are no Butterfly Dragon half breeds
• Since they tend to stick to their own kind
• Butterfly Dragons have no stables of any kind or housing
• They are one of the most wild, fierce dragons in the kingdom
• They are highly territorial and will kill you on sight
• Butterfly dragon friendship is to exchange food
• In the year 456 it was said that a colony of these aggressive Dragons killed and burned 246 of the Dwarf Kings ship causing over 35, million in damages 
• They actually come from a heavily technology area that has closed its borders and has remained neutral
• They are not friendly but they will attack when threaten
• in the year  650 a Butterfly dragon killed the son of a fisherman Fargain and he drove out after him and killed the female Butterfly Dragon known as Ashandra this angered the butterfly dragons but they also accepted this to prevent further blood shed.
• Butterfly Dragons only live in the Wild Lands of Akardiarin which is off the coast of Tenebrous
• Their is not much known about Butterfly dragons but their are stories that a bite to a Butterfly dragon is poisonous because the only way to stop it is to have Anti- Venom on file.
• Butterfly Dragons have maimed several curious Earth/ Fire Dragons that have gotten too close to their boarders, one of the most famous was a male dragon known as Finargar he lost his left leg and had a chunk taken out of his tail. 789
• Their were rumors that their were no butterfly dragons from 790- 1200 because everyone believed that the oceans were cursed
• It was later to be revealed to be wrong in 1399 a famous explore Jack Davidson showed up and explored the outer territories he was not killed and invited inside of their land. He became the ambassador in 1566 and learned that the intruders were trespassing on Butterfly Dragon nesting grounds which is what lead to most of the squabbles.
• The part of the island was declared sacred, only female dragons are allowed to hunt in these territories, to prevent further blood shed he agreed to learn their ways and return
• Jack Davidson wrote up several laws, listing the Blood Dragons appearance as not much had been known about it previously but other then a sketch no one knows what happened since on his third expedition Jack Davidson never returned. 

Lava Dragon is a cross breed originally from a Fire and Earth Dragon instead of producing fire or earth they can produce hot magmar with rocks in it.  These dragons have harder armor, and are more bulky usually used for work rather then fighting. They are usually the size of a fire dragon or less. They have developed over time through breeding programs.

Lava Dragons are now their own breed since when they breed with one another they produce Lava Dragons occasional an earth dragon or fire Dragon may be birthed from this species.

Lava Dragons= Human/ Dwarfs/ Elfs

Historic Event:

• They were the first Hybrid Dragon they can produce both Earth, Fire and Hybrid (Lava Dragon)
• What makes them a species is they are able to give birth on their own to Lava Dragons.
• Laval Dragons were created in 389
• They have claims by both Illgaria and Killiha
• Laval Dragons tend to be a lot calmer then most Dragon breed and a lot more social
• It is exstremely cruel to seperate a Lava Dragon from other Dragons
• Lava Dragons are exstremely kind, thoughtful and are very proud
• However Lava Dragons are also very powerful they can produce hot molten lava from their jaws when they fight or battle
• Lava Dragons generaly don't have a feirce deposition but they can be if they feel threatened or insulted
• Lava dragons have fought in the battle of De Varin against the impounding forces of Illkardar an Elf named Drakig wanted to over take the throne of 
• Killiha however the Lava Dragon Vardin fought against him however the two fought for 5 days and 5 nights by the end of it they were both friends and he surrendered peacefully.
• The two actually became friends in 455 and they were able to form long last bonds with the tribe of elfs under Drakig colors, he then later married and had several children
• Lava dragons are very loyal, strong
• They lead several revolutions in 600-800 to increase the working conditions their riders/ workers had to face in the end it was all granted because the merchant kingdom couldn't run the minds/ work places without out them.
• The Lava Dragons are part of the main alliance.

Horned Stone Dragon- These Horned stone dragons are about 12 feet tall and are the average height of a tropical dragon. Their skin color can vary but they usually have lighter bellys and faces and crystals on their chest. They resemble raptors mainly but they have giant horns on their head, and can be quite vicious when hunting in a pack.

• Horned Stone Dragons are some of the most lore of all the speicies it was said that a Horned Stone Dragon was originally a human who had been turned to stone for killing his brother.
• However it was learned that it was not true and he was freed from the stone the humans name was said to have been Hagaron Stone 
• When he hatched from his stone prison he was said to have horns and he grew more stone like over time he had children
• Horned Stone Dragons have great alliances with humans, so with killgar they do not get along with Illgaria, but they do some trade with Iceland. 
• Horned Stone Dragons are very compeitive, they like to do anything when challenged they enjoy fighting, squabbling, working and are very much like teenagers on sugar high
• Stone Dragons often work with crafts, iron works and will do a large amount of traveling, shoping, (Breaking windows)
• Stone Dragons often live with their humans in side of their homes
• Stone Dragons can be the Masters of the house
• Humans and Stone Dragons are often raised along side one another
• Stone Dragons live in highly advanced socities
• They welcome outsiders in specific areas only
• They actually are the rivals to the Butterfly Dragons
• Nasty fights out break between them regularly 
• Stone Dragons (Horned) Love to show off
• Their will fight to the death if they fill their honour is broken
• Males are the dominate ones of this species 

Great Feathered Dragon/ Lion Dragon- These dragons are covered in great feathers females have less brighter colors then males. Who use their bright color feathers to win them selfs a mate. Great Feathered dragons can be any coloration and are known for eating entirely fruit. Thought those that do eat meat tend to be bigger then those who don't.

Great Feather dragons are known to prey on large insects, fish, whales, and deer.

• Lion Dragons are known to roar like a lion
• They have temples to Lions/ Dragons
• Lion Dragons are some of the most curious out of all Dragons
• Lion Dragons are said to be some of the most cunning dragons
• Lion Dragons can fit aboard a ship for most of their lives and often are their as body guards
• Lion Dragons are very strong and sturdy
• Lion Dragons can breath both fire/ and extremely hot air
• Lion Dragons serve the old Kingdoms that exist in Killiha
• They are not Illgaria aligned
• Lion Dragons will hunt together in groups or on solo missions
• Lion Dragons in 356 were said to be the only ships not bothered by Blood Dragons
• A lion Dragons luck is often mentioned
• Lion Dragons are some of the most unpredictable of all Dragon Breeds
• Lion Dragons can be super aggressive to shy and timid and don't seem to posses a general personality trait like most Dragon Breeds
• Lion Dragons are said to mate for breeding seasons or pair up for life
• Lion Dragons live with humans side by sides
• Lion Dragons are said to have an extreme curiousity in objects
• Great Feathered Dragons are one of the most greediest of all Dragon speicies, they have hoards of treasure and objects
• A band of male Feathered Dragons will often attack invaders/ those out for a mid flight
• Lion Dragons can be quite challenging if enraged 
• Their has been a lot of conflict between them and water dragons
